Im not very impressed with the plants I had gotten. I got there early in the day and near the end of our visit i asked for some of the beautiful Fairy Moss they had displayed with the water lettuce (first photo). Its was around $5 for a bag of it and I said that was fine. I was expecting to go to the front area where it was and collect it by hand since I had seen the same thing done with another customer. The front of store man asked a helper lady to grab a bag for me and get some fairy moss. She gets the bag and then runs off for a long time. She came back with the bag full of red and mostly brown (dead) plant matter. It looked nothing like the healthy green floaters i was expecting. I pointed that out and he said that they just needed some fertilizer to get back to green. I was really not happy with this big bag of mud so I got permission to run outside and grab some of the healthy plants. I really wish I got a seperate bag as mixing the healthy with the dead made it so hard to get them out at home. When I got home, I poured it all into a 5 gallon bucket with about a gallon of extra water. The water instantly turned a dark brown and dead plant matter was 98% of it. Even after t

Drove in to the parking lot after driving an hour to get there. No one else but me. An employee outside working never gave me the time of day or asked if I needed help in any way. Iβve owned my own retail business for 30 years and never would allow an employee not to greet or help a customer. Got in the car and drove an hour back home. Wonβt go back.

I can't say enough good things about Green Thumb Water Garden Center! When I decided to create a container pond last spring, I did a lot of online research, but I honestly learned far more from the incredible staff here than I did from all the articles and videos I found online. They were genuinely interested in what I was trying to create and took the time to answer my questions, explain options, and teach me exactly what I needed to know to bring my little container pond to life. Their knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made the whole process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. They even helped me find great deals on the supplies I needed. It is such a cool and unique place! I purchased fish, several plants (including a beautiful Wanvisa water lily), and lots of supplies. Their selection is just as impressive as their knowledge and customer service. It is so refreshing to find a locally owned business where the staff truly care about helping customers succeed. Thanks to their guidance, my pond has been thriving, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in ponds, water plants, creating a beautiful outdoor space, or even anyon

Very knowledgeable local business. If you need a natural water element (tiered fountain or pond) put in, they would be my go-to. Mark Gibson has been doing waterworks for 30+ years and really knows his stuff, including how to fix common problems. They do maintenance as well as new installation. They know their trade. The business location offers water plants and fish adapted to the area. Just a heads up, they only offer koi and goldfish because they will survive Arkansas winters. On a side note, if you are homeschooling, this is an amazing place to get frog eggs and /or tadpoles in early spring if you are going to be learning about amphibians. Also, it is kind of a cool place to just visit. They have fish feed for $0.25, which was fun for my kids.
